Morning Smoothie

This morning I decided that I would have a good day. Due to usually having to leave the house at all hours of the morning, my breakfast usually consists of toast or yoghurt. 

Today however I decided to make a delicious green smoothie. I was sifting through my recipe book over the weekend and came across this recipe.

Kale and Banana Smoothie

1 cup of chopped kale
1 medium banana
1 cup of almond milk.

Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
